OUR STORY
We’re a bespoke Hair Salon in Godalming, Surrey, providing high-quality hairdressing and colouring services since 2002. Having worked as a highly experienced London Hairdresser for many years, Founder Paul Scully launched the Salon in the summer of 2002 with a vision to bring the capital’s latest colouring and cutting techniques to the suburbs. Since then, It has expanded and diversified since its establishment to hold a very talented group of award-winning Surrey stylists with extensive experience and expertise.
Located in the centre of the historical English town of Godalming, the Salon is housed in a beautiful 18th-century building furnished with the latest styling chairs, hairdressing tools, and elegant mirrors. It also features a separate hair spa with a ceiling adorned with twinkling lights, which helps create a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding as your hair is washed. The Salon continues to be recognised for its talented team of top-rated Surrey hair stylists, offering exceptional cuts, colouring, and personalised hair treatments to every client.

Founder
Paul has been in the industry for over 40 years. He started his career at world renowned Vidal Sassoon, where he had a successful career in London for over 8 years, working in the salon and the academy.
Paul came to Surrey in the 90’s and continued to build his career at a more senior level being a competitive all-rounder. He has worked in education doing seminars around the world, teaching all aspects of hairdressing and has been an ambassador for leading products companies.
He is responsible for education and training our young future apprentices at the salon, ensuring the companies high level of expertise will continue with future generations.
He has superior communication and knowledge and believes the key to beautiful colour and hairstyle is from your consultation, discussing your needs, so you can manage your hair in between salon visits. It’s important to him that you leave the salon feeling beautiful and loving your look.
Paul has a devoted, loyal clientele, who have built lasting relationships with him and have followed him throughout his career.
Paul works Tuesday to Saturday.
Laura
Owner / Head of Colour Dept.
Laura is the Salon Owner and has been the head of the colour department at ScullyScully.
A 30+ career in hairdressing explains why Laura is not only an expert in her field, but a Salon Manager ensuring that her team are providing a high standard throughout the Salon, making it a perfect environment to relax and be pampered.
Laura has a wealth of colour knowledge; she is a perfectionist and takes pride and care on every person she looks after in the Salon.
She specialises in classic, multi-tonal highlights, colour correction and blending and softening grey hair. She has an honest approach to customer service and clear communication is at the heart of her working philosophy. Consultations are key, listening to clients’ needs and concerns, she will then recommend a bespoke colour to perfectly reflect you.
Laura is one of our most in-demand colourists, advanced booking is necessary.
She works Thursdays and Fridays.
Carina
Stylist
Carina has worked in the hairdressing industry for over 40 years.
Over the years she has attended many Vidal Sasson and L'oreal courses and workshops. She has been inspired by old, new and new talent hairdressers.
She believes you never stop learning and is extremely passionate about her job and the working environment.
Carina has a very loyal clientele but would like to invite clients, friends and new acquaintances to join her.

Lisa

A dedicated member of the Scully family. Lisa has been with ScullyScully since the doors opened in 2002.
Lisa is our most Senior Stylist, she has a wealth of knowledge and is a highly skilled experienced Stylist/Colourist. She enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, whether you’re looking for a complete restyle, someone who truly knows how to cut short hair and bobs or you’re in need of refreshing your highlights or colour, Lisa will go above and beyond to produce a personalised and bespoke style or colour that reflects you. Lisa is obsessed with fashion and this inspires and influences her creativity in hairdressing.

Amy has firmly established her position within the Salon team.

She loves having the opportunity to make her clients look and feel good and leave the salon feeling radiant.

Katie is an established stylist at ScullyScully, she has developed a strong passion for both styling and colouring.

Katie manages a full column on a daily basis. She loves creating beautiful hairstyles and colours that are tailored perfectly to your needs. Being an all rounder allows her to see her client from the start of their hair journey to the end result.

Kristin is passionate about offering a bespoke service to every client. She believes in a thorough consultation to make sure your hair cut, and colour align with your personality and lifestyle.

Jacob is a fantastic technical hairdresser he has an amazing eye for cutting all classic hairstyles, bobs, graduated bobs and short pixie cuts, but he loves all aspects of hairdressing and he can take your look to the next level.
He loves being a stylist because it combines his love for creativity and his sociable fun-loving side.
Jacob continues to inspire our next generation of hairdressers. He heads up the scullyscully education program ensuring that the future generation share his knowledge and passion.
Jacob’s talent earned both national and global recognition. He was a three-time Gold winner of the UK Goldwell Global Creative Haircutter of the Year (2022–2024), securing his place in the Goldwell Hall of Fame, followed by Bronze in 2025.

Anais has never looked back after immersing herself into the hairdressing industry. She started at ScullyScully as a Saturday assistant and went on to complete her ScullyScully education.
Anais has a passion for all aspects of hairdressing, she loves all the classic hairstyles, from chic bobs to longer length styles and enjoys enhancing those hairstyles with classic highlighting techniques to modern balayages and all colour techniques that accentuate any hairstyle.
Anais is a third-generation hairdresser in her family, which has driven her passion and enthusiasm about hair. She has an eye for detail and precision and produces high-quality work within ScullyScully.
Anais works on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Kirsty
Stylist / Colourist
Kirsty is a home-grown salon stylist who started her hairdressing career at 16.
Inspired by the team around her, she is constantly learning new techniques and skills to give her clients the best experience.
Kirsty has a wonderful bubbly personality and will make you feel at ease when you visit the Salon. She enjoys putting her own vision on Classic haircuts and colours but equally loves current fashion colours like balayage to enhance a current style.
It is important to Kirsty that you have a thorough consultation to make sure that you both have the same vision in mind and create the perfect haircut/colour that you desire.

Charlotte
Front of House
Charlotte plays a key role in the salon. She ensures all visitors to the salon have the best possible experience.
Charlotte is always on hand to help; she provides a flawless client experience and customer care. Always a big welcome, she will put you at ease and welcome you to the salon.
Nothing is too much trouble for Charlotte, she will make sure that she fulfils any request to the best of her ability and will always go above and beyond to ensure you feel valued and special.
Charlotte is a Kerastase ambassador, she will give guidance and advice for any haircare needs.

Anais has never looked back after immersing herself into the hairdressing industry. She started at ScullyScully as a Saturday assistant and went on to complete her ScullyScully education.
Anais has a passion for all aspects of hairdressing, she loves all the classic hairstyles, from chic bobs to longer length styles and enjoys enhancing those hairstyles with classic highlighting techniques to modern balayages and all colour techniques that accentuate any hairstyle.
Anais is a third-generation hairdresser in her family, which has driven her passion and enthusiasm about hair. She has an eye for detail and precision and produces high-quality work within ScullyScully.
Anais works on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Kirsty
Stylist / Colourist
Kirsty is a home-grown salon stylist who started her hairdressing career at 16.
Inspired by the team around her, she is constantly learning new techniques and skills to give her clients the best experience.
Kirsty has a wonderful bubbly personality and will make you feel at ease when you visit the Salon. She enjoys putting her own vision on Classic haircuts and colours but equally loves current fashion colours like balayage to enhance a current style.
It is important to Kirsty that you have a thorough consultation to make sure that you both have the same vision in mind and create the perfect haircut/colour that you desire.
Kirsty works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Charlotte
Front of House
Charlotte plays a key role in the salon. She ensures all visitors to the salon have the best possible experience.
Charlotte is always on hand to help; she provides a flawless client experience and customer care. Always a big welcome, she will put you at ease and welcome you to the salon.
Nothing is too much trouble for Charlotte, she will make sure that she fulfils any request to the best of her ability and will always go above and beyond to ensure you feel valued and special.
Charlotte is a Kerastase ambassador, she will give guidance and advice for any haircare needs.
